but i only got 200 USD and i need a 23"+

Hum, i am not using it as a TV but it does have HDMI so that might work in your favor.

I presume any monitor with HDMI could do it... your pool of options are quite large...

i know... i just got a 23" Asus from newegg for 149.99 it has everything i need so im happy i get it tuesday..
