1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming: CS:S, CSGO, Diablo 3, LoL, SMNC, BF3, Mostly FPS, big titles, several new games a year.

Other: Photoshop CS5, web-design, maybe some development

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
$1000 - $1200.. But I am not stuck to that. I don't see myself going over $1500
3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
Milwaukee WI.
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
Motherboard, Processor, CPU Cooler(if necessary), Memory, Graphics, Hard drive, Case, Power.

I'm also considering taking a step up to a mechanical keyboard..Razer or something? Advice? Worth it?

Also, A solid gaming mouse. I have a Logitech G5 now, looking to upgrade.

My monitor is a Dell 2209W If I'm spending a lot on a gfx card I want a monitor that's not holding me back. If mine is, please point me to a new one.

I wouldn't consider the monitor, mouse, or keyboard in my PC price limit. I can hold off on buying those for now if the PC get's too pricey.
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
I have a ATA DVD-RW.. That can stay, right?
6) Will you be overclocking?
I'll take your advice. In 15 years of building my own PC's I've only overclocked 1 of them.
7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
I mentioned the monitor earlier. It's max is 1920 x 1080. But If that's shit I'll buy another.
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
As soon as I'm confident in the advice I receive. Within a week.
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
Honestly, questions like this are why I come here. I just want a powerful system that can play games like BF3 with decent/best settings while still being affordable. I've never RAIDed, I usually just partition the HD between OS/Games and media(Pictures, movies, music) I'm open to try different things for performance though.
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
I'll be able to get whatever operating system from my employer. I'm guessing Windows 7 64bit is best for a windows user?

As for my choices. I did some research and this build by Tom's Hardware looks to be a good starting point

It consists of these parts:

ASRock P67 Pro3 SE
Intel Core i5 2400
Cooler Master Hyper TX3 (necessary if I'm not overclocking?)
Mushkin Enhanced Redline 8 GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600
Crucial M4 64 GB SATA III SSD(I play a lot of steam games, I've noticed my current OS/Games partition has 200 of 300gb full. I'm thinking 64GB may not be enough.. Are the performance improvements from a SSD worth it?)
Hitachi Deskstar 750 GB
(Already have a DVD Burner)
Aprevia X-Trooper Junior (This was listed, But I like the Cooler Master HAF 912 Mid. I'd like it unless recommended differently.)
Corsair TX650

I usually buy from newegg, But I'll go wherever a trustworthy seller has a better deal.

Thanks, I like the selections you gave me. Some comments I had:

Is the RAM dropping from 1600 model not a big loss in performance?

Is the reason you included a SATA DVD burner because my ATA is no longer compatible with the mobo?

Thoughts on my current monitor?

This question is for you and anyone else, are high price (>$100) keyboards worth it? I don't know where I would go to test one out.

I know you said you'd get back to go into more detail, I am heading up north for the weekend and might check on my phone but I may just wait until Sunday to come back. I'd like to start buying parts Monday.

There is no perceivable performance gain in ram speed with these CPUs
Is the reason you included a SATA DVD burner because my ATA is no longer compatible with the mobo?
Yes, ATA is no longer supported on modern motherboards
Thoughts on my current monitor?
The monitor looks fine. It'll just be preference if you want something bigger in the future the 7850 in the build Danny linked will be able to handle games fine at 1080p resolutions

Mechanical keyboards can take a lot of time to get used to. I wouldn't recommend buying a keyboard unless you're able to try it out in person first.

It is the same SSD, but since the Crucial price has been raised you would probably be better off buying the $120 Samsung 830 [$110 with promo code EMCNEJB27 expires 5/20]

They have the Crucial M4 in stock, I just ordered one yesterday. Just do a search for Crucial M4, you'll find for some reason they have several SKUs for the same product, not sure why.

Finally got pictures up of my new PC
