Based on the specs of each:

And a visual inspection, I would think the A2s would blow away the Logitechs. The Audioengines have a much wider frequency response and the teeny, tiny drivers on the Logitechs don't inspire any confidence that they'll put out better sound. The only thing the Logitechs appear to have going for it is a subwoofer, and frankly there are cheap, good sounding subwoofers that you can buy and add anytime to the Audioengines.

BUT, I haven't actually listened to the Logitechs, so its possible they're better than their specs indicate. You can't really tell unless you listen to them.
 
Going to pick up the Audio Technica ATH-M50WH Professional Studio Monitor Headphones instead
 
Voted A2 but I would've gone neither if given the option, they're both overpriced. A2 are alright if you have a total lack of space on your desk tho.
