You know an experiment is about to get really good when you hear "more liquid nitrogen, less water!"

At first though I couldn't figure out what happened, I thought they just dumped the liquid nitrogen container into the water, I imagined some complex scheme of the water instantly freezing over the top allowing it to seal the gasses in when the eventual pressure made it explode! ...

... oh wait they just screwed the top on a 2liter bottle.

So true. I have yet to get bored of the LN2 at work. It's most fun when transferring it from one tank to another using the valve that makes it look like the thrust from a rocket engine. Some of our LN2 containers are thermos sized and we joke about the "iced tea" we're carrying around. Oh, the cleanroom...
