Latest Nvidia drivers, DA II still has goofy graphics

2nd play through and did not have this before but in Kirkwall some of the buildings usually at night look like a disco with all these vivid colors.

There are also some characters missing their bodies and just have heads like Templars.

I thought this issue was fixed many moons ago.
 
Good read, sadly none of those are my issue.
Latest drivers, GPU runs cool.

Funny thing is I can run DAII on my 7 year old computer with just a 8800gts and zero artifacts.
The driver for that card is quite old.

You would expect a quad-core with a 750ti with the latest drivers to run even better.
