Is it worth to upgrade to 16GB from 8GB?

Please let me know if its worth the upgrade. My motherboard can support it as as I have 2 more slots available for an additional 8GB. See signature below for specs. Will I notice any performance gain? Thanks!
 
What do you use your computer for? If it's gaming, then no you wont notice a difference.
 
Unless you specifically run an app that use 4+ GB on its own, you will not likely notice a performance gain.
 
If you run Virtual machines then I would say yes. or Lots of multitasking like running adobe Photoshop / video editing software and others while doing other stuff. Other than that it would not make any noticeable difference.
