I've been using two 74 gig raptors in raid 0 for years as my main partition. And I know this is my own fault for not backing up properly so yeah, I already know I'm an idiot.
One of the raptors died on me today. One works fine, but the other one is making a clicking noise as if the read/write arm is stuck. Is there any way of getting any of the data back? Without taking it somewhere I mean.
I thought that after I got new drives and got my system up and running that I could just put the drives in and boot up and pull whatever I could off them being as it would be a secondary drive now, but the system was really unstable and explorer crashed multiple times.
