I am going to be building my HTPC for Christmas and am researching/putting together a list of items that I want.

For most of my research, I have been using SilentPCReview.com and searching this forum. My component that I am currently researching is a heatsink (HSF) and going over the recommendations at SilentPCReview.com, the Xigmatek HDT-SD964 caught my eye. It is relatively cheap, $27.99, and grabbed a "9 out of 10" in SilentPCReview.com's review.

The case I am looking to stick this in is the Antec NSK2480 and my question is: Do I have enough case clearance to stick the Xigmatek HDT-SD964?

The dimensions of the case come in at 13.97cm (H) x 44.5cm (W) x 41.4cm (D)
The dimensions of the heatsink come in at 92(W) x 51(H) x 133(D) mm

Assuming the "Depth" of the heatsink is going to be its height in the case, I only have 6mm to work with. (139.7mm is the height of the case and 133mm is the height of the heatsink)

What do you guys think, is it going to fit and by tight or am I out of luck?
Thank you for your input.
