will i still order from monarch? sure, if i dont mind getting the good in two weeks
otherwise im willing to pay more at the egg to get the item shipped out within a day or two, or even that same day

Which, Mr. Monarch, from my point of view, is the only thing you're missing. When I've actually made contact with someone from there, the end result has been nothing less than exactly what I had hoped for. It just needs to be a little easier to talk to someone!

Well, considering I receieved an email June 16th saying it was being processed...solartaco said:How long does it take for refunds sent to the business office to process?
That doesn't even make sense, you can see where they replied several times to people and you can also see where other customers are saying things went well on thier order.
