gromacs vs fahcore_65? which is better to use?

Stanford sends out the protiens that need to be crunched and your boxen will use whichever core it needs to do that work. You dont have any real choice in the assignment of which protien that you get.

If you drop the -advmethods switch you will get more tinkers as they are available. Back in the day tinkers slowed you down and didn't have good point value. Now that is changed, tinkers pay more points per hour at the moment, espcially on an AMD machine.

At least that's how it is this week ;)
