Had lightly used in a netgear stora.. Wasn't 9 months before stora lost connection. Hard drive is perfect, but not in warranty.
 
Should be in warranty till 8/15
I have the same drive, same date and mine is.
 
Clocked 36K hours and still going, free bump for a rock solid but older 4 platter design.
This drive tend to run on the warmer side, 35-40c.
