Seagate Momentus 4200.2 40gig- 2.5" laptop hd, PATA, 40 gigs. Taken out of my laptop when I upgraded to a 120gig. $30
1Gb (2x512) Corsair DDR400 SODIMM- 2x512 meg laptop DDR Corsair sticks. Works perfectly, passes memtest86 no problems, never had any issues when I ran it in my laptop. $45
256Mb DDR333- laptop ram again, works fine. $10?
AMD Sempron 3000+ 1.8Ghz Socket 754- Also from my laptop, works perfectly. Has SSE3, but no 64bit. Pretty quick chip for people who think Sempron means it's dog slow, gets the job done. Ran Vista with no problems. You could use this in a desktop if you made sure the heatsink fits (laptops cpus had no heatspreaders). $20
