I downloaded it from there (found out here) last night. It's the full version as far as i can tell. When you get to softpedia it's the second download option, not the first.

I'm not sure it's the full version... the software isn't able to recognize my dvd burner. It lets me create my video add menu items, but when I get to the end, I can't burn it because it seems that section is disabled.
