Per title; no paypal; no shipping. Please don't pm and tell me to ship it and use paypal. Card was purchased around oct 2015 (have to double check). I've been told it is voltage locked but otherwise no issues; replaced with mini 1070 when i shrunk my atx system to itx.

I'll contact you if the other guy fails to show tomorrow. Harvard is about 10 minutes from work so i could meet you but already have an agreement. Sadly it can't be today or tomorrow since he's suppose to pick it up tomorrow :)
