DisplayFusion Help

Im sure this is in the wrong place, but Im fiddling with Displayfusion for my screens.

I have a 35" ultrawide, a 27" side, and a 29" ultrawide up above my main.

What Im aiming to do is make steam chat messages popup on a specific screen, as currently anytime I get a new incoming steam chat, it opens on my main screen, and if I am gaming, I never see it.

I think I can set displayfusion to assign a process to a specific location, but Im not quite sure how...
