DFI LANPARTY UT n4 versus ABIT Fatal1ty AN8-SLI

So I'm choosing between these two boards for my new setup. I had originally picked an ASUS, but I've seen quite a few reviews complaining of heat issues. I'll probably do some OCing, but not initially. If the [H] crowd has another choice, please speak up . I appreciate all the help I can get.

No need for all the Fatality bloat. Just get the regular AN8-SLI if you want the Abit. Probably $60-70 cheaper than the DFI. I voted for the DFI though over the Fatality version of the AN8.
