Hey guys,

My new Asus M4A78T-E just arrived and I installed Windows 7 to use it along with my AMD AM3 720.
I am using an Asus 4850 with Catalist 9.4

The OS is recognizin the HDMI audio and my 5.1 speakers flicker(Hi freq pulse, the kind that breaks them) when the system reboots or shuts down.

I tried finding something in the BIOS. I read the manual and I searched google and Hardforum to no success.

How do I activate the analog audio output for this motherboard?

BTW the AMD 780 HD audio option that the manual shows on page 3-22 doesn't appears on the BIOS (that's under the Internal Graphics Configuration menu)

Am I having a BIOS problem or is it something wrong with the motherboard?

Thank you in advance.

Installed Via Vynil Audio. Had to use Compatibility mode though, since the Setup software on disk doesn't recognize WNT_6.1P_64_MCE

But vista drivers work fine so far.

I hope Microsoft releases new drivers soon since my old Mobo was support out of the bat.
