ASA weird happenings

Ok so I have multiple sites with a VPN connection to each, and all are running ASA 5520's. For the past two weeks my VPN's have been going down and when I log into the ASA at the central office, the IKE proposal or IPSec proposal encryption has changed from either 3DES SHA to AES-SHA or vice versa. What is going on? I cannot seem to figure this one out.

They are all set up with preshared keys and I have control of both ends. But this is happening every two or three days and its irritating as crap. Thanks!
 
First of all, change your passwords.

Are those the only proposals in the policy?
 
Yeah they are the only proposals.I am changing passwords as we speak. Just had a switch fail so have been dealing with that. Its pretty weird, only the proposals have changed up until friday then one of the preshared keys changed. Its only one thing each time.
