Any way to see data distribution on my HDD?

So here's the thing, I have a rather small HD for my windows, and it constantly gets full, so I'd like to see some sort of a program that actually shows me what files or folders or places take up how much of my harddrive, so I can remove the troublemakers.

Any ideas?

This may be one of the best tools in my toolkit. No other program has helped me track down programs that drive a machine out of space.
