Any reason why Intel 320 drives are quite higher per GB than the 520 series?

Is it mainly because the 320 still uses an Intel controller vs. using a SandForce in the 520?

cause its discontinued product and retailers/wholesellers wont sell it under price they bought it from intel

Intel never really intended to drop the price of the 320 series. They're not discontinued, nor have they been replaced or superceded by a newer product. The 330 and 520 series are not replacements for the 320 series, as most 320s are going into larger enterprise deployments. The 320 is the only client drive on the market with power loss protection. I actually just bought another one today for a specific use which burns my ass because they're absurdly expensive.
