I got a call and e-mails from sales of this place last week, guess they're targeting Untangle resellers as a potential sales arm

Haven't tried it. According to their website, the section that lists the features of the firewall, IPS stands for "Instruction Prevention System". Hmmm....

That was my thought as well. With the site as big of a mess as that I'm kinda worried about the product. Plus some of the stuff seemed really off like the experience the internet 5 times faster lines.
 
Their web page makes my eyes bleed. A 13 part rar for a less than 650 MB download makes one wonder...

Looks kinda interesting might be worth a download and a try. Don't see me moving from untangle or PFsense but who knows.
 
Bleh, just buy a Cisco ASA...

Seriously, that website is atrocious and doesn't exactly inspire any confidence in their product line...

Based in Taiwan, looks like most of their site is poorly translated garbage. Looks like you would be on your own for any sort of issue.
 
Yeah, the website is bad the whole way around. I think they are premature in trying to generate interest for their product when their website is so lousy. None of the payment links work, its a mess.
 
Still going untangle on my next deployment. I'm the type of guy that likes to set it and forget it.
 
I was going to say, the site is not THAT bad, until I noticed the scroll bar. WTF squeeze everything in a tight area, then add a scroll bar, when 80% of the screen is being wasted? Some people I tell ya lol

Set a reservation on the mac in the dhcp tab of untangle. I do this with my servers at home because sometimes I am lazy.
