What drivers and OC utility can I use to boost up my GTX I'm ready to clock it up!

I have the current drivers found on the NVidia website and my ntune doesn't report clock speeds properly it's basically kinda screwed up. 168.18/163.18? I can't remember.

Where can I find utlities to flash the BIOS with OCs?

Also I heard you can clock up the stream processors seperately now, how do I do this?
 
Also search in this section for the bios flashing. There is a nice tutorial here for 8 series cards.
