Well as far as I know the seller didnt have any problem and im trying to install the correct bios.

I tried this one from techpowerup and I also tried a few from people saying it was the original bios on a huge overclock.net thread about flashing bios.

I tried all suggestions and nothing worked. No bios switch but according to the specs, the card has a dual bios. They say that if the card cannot boot due to a bad bios it will flash the original one. When I open the bios side by side with Kepler bios tweaker they both have the same memory speed.
