I have the Zotac GeForce 9300-ITX Wifi motherboard for my media center system, and I recently was trying to upgrade it to Windows 8, and it will not install. I get to 52% (from a CD) and it just hangs indefinitely. I tried the install from a USB stick, and it completes, but then when it's "setting up devices" or something, it errors out and crashes, then goes into a reboot loop. Anyone know if this board is incompatible or what may be going wrong?

I think the issue lies into the chipset for windows 8 does not correctly recognize it.
I think that is the issue, and i don't know or think there is a solution around this.
It must be a bug that will be fixed later.
I don't know if there is way to install (or load) those chipset drivers while installing windows 8.
But still it might not work.
Just try it and see what happens.
