ZM-NB47J fittable on my rig?

Hi, i have MSI K8N Neo4 Motherboard and Ati X850 XT PE video card, the northbridge fan is a little noisy so i'm looking into replacing it with the Zalman ZM-NB47J passive northbridge cooling. This is my motherboard, as you can see the video card slot is very close to the northbridge cooler, and my x850xtpe built by ATi being kinda big it almost touches the fan.

I was just testin my luck if anyone had the exact motherboard and video card and did fit that zalman cooler into it?

post a pic with your video card installed.. ill thenbe able to tell you
 
That's a really tight fit... you might need to bend some of the pins on the NB47J.
 
I don't think it's going to happen unless you want to cut off 1/4 of the fins on the heatsink.
 
i think it might fit, show me a angle looking straight up the case
