Arriving in the mail today is the 45 bay Supermicro SAS expander chassis I got off eBay. My plan is to fill it with 3TB drives, I already have about 25 drives and am looking to purchase some additional white label drives off eBay in the next few weeks. My current thought is 3 15 drive RAIDZ3 pools. I don't need super fast storage, this will be mostly large file and backup storage. Is this a reasonable setup?
