Was waiting for something like this, very interesting they are seeking an injunction for the SDK and not the Rift headset itself..
Which really brings to light the real issue Zenimax is looking for, getting Oculus/facebook to pay for licensing..
I doubt this will pan out since the main thing oculus/facebook lost was the fact that it was an NDA violation, not a copyright infringement .. If they violated the NDA but oculus contains no zenimax technology, I'm not sure how they can win this injunction.
