Zalman VF700-CU VGA Cooler

i got a 6800 gt oc and i tried to install the Zalman cooler in and i got errthing hook up right. when i plug the conector from my PSU into the zalmans conector and turn it on .. my monitor doesnt come up and i hear dis realy loud ass buzz noise...sounds like a house fire alarm, but its going on constantly..PLEASE HELP...

oh and the Zalman came with a little packet of sprinkles called Silican Gel or somethng...what is it use for? on the packet it says "Do Not Eat"

i think the conecter i plug into the zalman is the one that came with the 6800 GT i think , im not sure...but yeah thanks in advance

Not trying to sound condescending, but did you remember to plug the molex / PCI express power connector back into your card? I heard a noise like you describe once when forgetting to plug the power connector back into my 6800.
