Zalman using clip ons now? no more removing back plate?

I saw an installation for an am2 using a different installation from what i have seen about a year ago.

Do zalmans now let you clip on the hsf to the processor via the frame surounding the cpu?

So there is no more unsinstalling the back plate from behind the mobo?

We can just clip the hsf onto the cpu, like close to a stock am2 hsf does?
 
If I remember correctly when I was installing my 9700 on my c2d, the am2 didn't require motherboard removal....

course the more I think of it, I could be thinking of the xp120 I put on my wife's machine
 
yeah i think they clip on now. Someone correct me if im wrong?

Sure beats the hell out of removing the back plate from the mobo to get some cool air on the cpu, then learning you voided your rma when the mobo burns :(
