Zalman CNPS9500

Hey hey hey no bashing the 7700 I have one :( I only paid 40 dollars for it and I'm glad I bought it :). It lowered my temps from 65idle to 45cidle so its working, but if the 7000 cools just as good and is cheaper then I could see why people don't like the 7700. In the end I <3 my 120mm ;)

Yeah but the whole point of it is efficiency at low dB. If your needs are that high I think it'd make sense just to watercool at that point.
