No video, dram light stays on. The ram is good, tested in another machine and have used another set. Tried one at a time in every slot no change. Cleared the cmos abd now I'm out of ideas. Any suggestions before I rma it tomorrow?

Make sure the XMP switch is off(Default), You can change this once you get it booting, Also try

MemOK! Button

Installing Dimms that not compatible with the MB may cause system boot failure and the DRAM_LED near the MemOK! button lights continuously. Press and hold the MemOK! button until the DRAM_LED starts blinking to begin automatic memory compatibility tuning for successful boot.

It will run though one test and it will reboot and try again, and each time it reboots, the flashing speed of the LED gets faster and faster. IF all the memory tuning fails, then the LED will go back to lights continuously.

If that happens, then memory incompatibility, bad MB slots, MB.

Xmp is off, the ram is fully compatible.
