Your Thoughts on 3DMark threats to HardOCP.

I like 3DMark as a tool and a tech demo but their corporate stance and the way they go about doing business indeed ucks and lows (you don't see [H]ardOCP trying to trademark the use of square brackets). The veiled threats of litigation via cease and desist e-mails are always quite hilarious. He might not know of the 1st amendment but EU regulations would do the same.
 
I'd say this thread has come and gone. ;)

if you'd like to debate 3DMark and usefulness by all means start a new thread.
