Your opinion of these boards?

Just wondering if anyone here had any experiance or opinions of these boards. They all seem to be top of the line bit which one would be best for me? Only thing I really use my comp for is gaming.

Current specs:
P4 2.4Ghz
512MB PC2100 (yuck yes, but will be upgraded to Corsair 1GB DDR XMS3200C2 Pro TwinX (2x512MB) CAS2)
120Gb HDD (will be getting a Maxtor MaxLine Plus II 250GB SATA150)

How do these boards compare to a board like the IC7-MAX3?

I have heard lots of people praising the Asus...

The DFI i know nothing about, but again from what others have siad about their other boards i would this one lives up to the same standards...very solid good OC'er is the general vibe about DFI's

The intel...apparently excellent at stock speeds...but no go for OC'ing...
 
Ah yeah, I have heard that mentioned about the Intel.

Not really sure if I will want to overclock...I think I probably will.
 
Either the Asus or DFI then mate...

I am thinking about building a cheapy 2nd machine and would consider the DFI myself...there is something about Asus that i just dont like, i dunno what...
 
Is that DFI board prescott ready? I know the Asus is, but I'm not sure about the DFI one?
 
Hrm yes I see it on OC & eBuyer. I think I'll e-mail them to make sure it is the same board.
