You Can Now Hire a Call Of Duty Coach

If your K/D is lacking, The Yorkshire Post is reporting that you can now hire a Call of Duty coach to help you master your skills. Online services marketplace Bidvine is offering the UK’s first Professional Coaching gaming service, which the report says has seen "thousands of requests" for pro players' help through the site. The service is currently only available for Call of Duty WW2, but there are plans to expand to more games in the future. If you want to become a coach, you have to prove your level and ability, as well as a photo ID, have a working PlayStation 4 or Xbox 1, and a strong wireless connection.

While I may think it's silly, if there are people out there willing to pay then more power to them. Although one has to question their "Pro" status when you have to have a "strong wireless connection."

Russ Morgan, Bidvine co-founder, said: “We know what it’s like when you’re playing a game and have that one friend who’s slightly better than everyone else, and we want to help the less gifted gamers out there.”
 
I recall such services being available back in the early Counter-Strike days(2001-2003). Where the higher level players would come in and coach a 5 man team in ways to get better. I wouldn't say there was much money involved in it back in the day. Probably $20 an hour. even World of Warcraft had high end raiders that would do coaching services for something like $25 for 30 mins. Kinda surprised there isn't more formal training offered in various games.

And by strong wireless connection, I hope they mean...so strong that it's practically wired.
 
I love it, they are announcing paid coaching which has been going on for over a decade. Get with the times now days its all about paid boosting why learn to play when you can just have the rank.
 
The game already has auto-aim and is about as easy and n00b friendly as you can get. How much more help does someone need?

I could see needing something like this for a real shooter for real men like competitive CSGO. But CoD is for posers, kids, noobs, and girls.

When you view people the way you seem to be implying, no wonder PvP is so toxic. Why in the world would you be against or even complaining about anything that raises the average skill of a PvP game unless you want me to make assumptions on your character.

And the whole "girls" comment...yeah, you will go far in life.
 
Some people have weird brains. My daughter for one. My son and I played shooters since Doom. I played a lot of Q3 and got to be pretty good. My son too could rock a deathmatch very well.

My daughter started playing shooters much later but quickly became far better than either of us. She could stay in the top couple of players on even the most demanding servers. I could mostly stay in the game in these places, but she is just a natural monster.
