Has anyone here ever worked with one of these? It's a 12 bay SAS/SATA shelf with a pair of 4Gb FC Raid controllers. As Xyratex is one of the common OEMs for Big SANs I'm not scared of reliability. However, I'd be getting it second-hand and I'd expect support to be nil. I've found a boat load of manuals for them, but I'm curious about any first hand experiences.
