XPe + Open Office = NSIS error

Hey,

So I'm setting up thin clients for an internet cafe'. Trying to give them some word/speadsheet/powerpoint type of application. Did a download of the newest version of OO but every time I do an install or no matter where I download it from it gives me a NSIS error. Instantly after a double-click on the file I get:

I have gone through: http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Why_do_I_get_NSIS_Error but this is a thin client and on reboot everything gets set to defaults again. The firewall is disabled and no antivirus.

Any ideas?
 
Thought I would try the Final instructions on that site with the /NCRC switch on the end:
