XP64 and Defender64

I'm having a problem installing Windows Defender 64 on my XP64 box at work. It's the bottom system in my sig. Whenever I run the installer, it goes as far as the installing services part, and gives me an error that I don't have the proper credentials. Not only am I am admin on the box, but I'm an admin on the domain as well. I haven't tried to install it as the local built-in admin account, but has anyone else come across this?
 
I tried to install this using the local admin account, and I got the same message. I'm thinking my XP64 experiment will be over shortly.
 
The good thing about Defender 64 is that it's built into the Vista version making that side of it easy to manage, but it doesn't help the XP scene very much:)
