XP Pro Academic License

I got signed up for MSDN-AA and ordered myself an extra copy of xp pro to keep around. They said it would come with the x64 version as well, which it did. The two versions were on separate discs with separate cd keys. Are these two independent copies that can be used on different computers or can you only use one or the other? Anybody have any experience with this?

Two different CD keys = you can use both copies.

You'd have to check the EULA, but I expect that academic would allow you to use both.

I'm thinking if the keys are different, then technically, you have two licenses, which would let you use both at the same time.
