Hey all. I recently bought a 6 gig kit of OCZ , the XMP ready series. I enabled XMP profile 1 and profile 2 at separate times. I've noticed the timings, and the voltages seem to be set to the correct settings. However, every time I enable XMP the system will post @ 1333. I was messing around with the Dummy overclock feature as well and it seems to OC the CPU to 3.2 just fine, but the ram will not run @ 1600 even if I manually set it in the bios.
I'm so new to the i7's and this chipset. I want to overclock soon but I'm afraid I'm just too green with Intel's... Any help would be very much appreciated.

Your post has been up a little over 4 hours, give it time.

I'd suggest you make sure you have the lastest BIOS and then clear the CMOS. If this does not help, contact the memory maker.

Yeah, I just wanted to make sure I had left enough information for people to respond. Not being impatient :) .

I have the the latest BIOS and I've cleared the CMOS multiple times. I'll call OCZ and see if their support is as good as I've gotten from "other" companies.
