xeon x3210 for $225! cheap quad core

Damn, it was $221.xx the last two days at ncixus. Its too expensive now, move on guys nothing to see here.

it was restrained-excited-nuroticism, due to a day of madness and lack of Omega-3's (natural prozac) during a really bad trading day :(

I have had mine for a week. No G0 stepping (B3). I had it up to 3.6GHz on air unil the ambients went sky high here is WNY. It also needs to be lapped.
 
The more posts I read about new processors, the more ancient I feel with my, at the time, state-of-the-art AMD X2 3800+ :)
 
I just got mine today, yes it is a B3 but 3.4 @ 1.38v isn't terrible. 3.6 is reachable with tweaking. Primed no problem with stock vcore till about 3.1. For 240 bucks not too bad.
