Xbox One $399.99 Amazon

Even i have to say I'm super tempted by this sadly, I'm actually spending 370 dollars tomorrow for surgery (hernia) (yay 90/10 coverage)

Good luck with the surgery, and that beats the xbox hot deal. I had one and I know how much they billed my insurance, it was 36K, and the tools for surgery were about half of that. Talk about outrageous pricing.

Don't be a hero like me and try to go to gym 2 weeks after the surgery and fall to the ground and then limp my way to the car, I didn't see gym for a year after that moment. LOL.

That is a damn good deal, too bad I don't get my fat paycheck until the end of the month.

Yikes, good luck on the surgery and I hope it all goes smoothly (as it can for surgery, at least).

36k? holy crap

average price i've seen (without insurance) seems to be in the 6 to 9K range. (i'm paying 10% of the total bill only) 200ish to the doctor himself and 300ish to the surgery center (there will be another one for the anesthesiologist im sure. Either way, saved my ass!

Back on topic -- while still a great deal, you really have to wonder why MS doesn't offer a stripped down version just to really get market penetration into high gear. Imagine the cost if they offered no software, and no kinect. You'd see these puppies FLYING off the shelf for 250 or 299. I'm not a cheapass when it comes to hardware, but the value has to be there, I already know I wouldn't use it that much so the package deals and bundles don't appeal to me.

Either way -- just got easier for kids to buy one I suppose with the price drop :)

True but I think kinetic is integral part of the one. After playing around with my nephews system it makes sense why Microsoft is so invested in it. They are both built for one another it seems. I think xbox one is going to 399 regular price soon. After all the sales that have takes place in recent days, usually happens when there is an upcoming price drop because you don't normally see consoles on sale especially A few months after launch.

Good, the temptation is gone... I don't really need an xbox one or ps4... at least for now.

Damn, wish I would have seen this yesterday. Forza is the only reason I'd like to have an xbone. $400 seems pretty reasonable, I'll have to watch today to see if the price drops back down. I swear it seems like everyday I don't look at the "hot deals" section I miss out on something good....

What type of hernia? I watched a show on a hernia in the abdominal area. The doc literally just pushed it back, shoved a mesh in place, and sewed it.

inguinal hernia, I lived with it for a while but I couldn't anymore so I got the surgery done. I still feel in the same area I had surgery, sometimes feels like I am gonan pop it again but hasn't happened yet lol. Been 10 years now. .

Now I hope this deal is back again so I can pull the trigger on it.

that's the same time I had -- surgery went well.... sore as hell though.

Got a nice 6" scar across my lower abdomen :)

I've never had surgery before, but the drugs they give you. it's just wild how quickly you are OUT. hah I had to google it but I didn't know loss of feeling around the surgery area was "normal". I realize they are cutting into you and nerves are going to get severed. Just freaky to know there is a large patch of skin I have no feeling in!
