Xbox Game Pass Error Code 0x80073d13?

Hi all, I'm getting an error when installing a game on Xbox Gamepass for PC. The error code is "0x80073d13''. I can't find it anywhere and I don't know what to do.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

According to my googlefu, you need to install the games to your C drive.

And if you have an external drive connected, it can give errors as well. Weird.

Are you trying to install somewhere other than C?

you need to select a different destination to get the install to start, then cancel and then select the destination you want, and then start the install again.
I had that issue when I was trying to install Forza 7 to my X drive where my Xbox Game Pass games are, I just chose another drive and started the install, canceled it and selected my X drive again and started the install and it worked.
