i don't have an xbox...so i'm wondering if the xbox 360 wireless controller will work on a pc?
All reports I have seen say no. The USB charging adapter only charges the controller.
Nope, just the wired version does.
i'd just like to add.. that the X360 controller works well with a PC though.. i love it....
Yeah I'm hoping to buy one from someone... no luck so far
Why would you wait to buy a 360 Wired controller from someone?? they are not all that expensive and work extremely well on a PC. sure, they are a bit more expensive than a Gravis or other gamepad, but the quality of the 360 controller is excellent.
My advice, suck up the cost and get one brand new.
i've read on a couple of the rumor blogs that Microsoft will be releasing a USB dongle to use wireless controllers on your PC. that's probably a ways off, so don't wait. it's just kind of a cool thought.
i hope they release a wire less module. if not then atleast some smart arse to atleast figure out a way of uising the wireless x360 pad with a pc.
The wireless controllers communicate with the 360 on a lock after calibrated ... they are not designed to even work for a PC. The controller is the best I've ever held, and if you want one for your PC... buy a wired one.
