I d\l the software for the RGB and click on the color i want but it doesnt save it. does anyone know how to save the color and Profile plz?

bios are probably overriding it if you didn't open the app in admin mode. better off setting it in the bios anyways. also make sure you have the app manager along with that program.
only suggestions i can give you since the rgb stuff was the first things i turned off.
