which one's better? i'm gonna b using integrated video until the new dx10 cards are out (i'm currently on a fx5600, so if anything it's an upgrade), and if i can't find the foxconn 6150k8md by august, i'm gonna choose between the foxconn 6150k8ma and the dfi rs482. the dfi has dvi, but no sata2 (although that doesnt matter much to me), i'll probably be going with the dfi unless the 6150 is noticeably better than the x300.

o and are there any issues with the 6150k8ma? i know the dfi has psu compatability issues, but i'm most likely getting the xclio 450bl which is known to work with it.

Integrated graphics have never been any better than individual cards themselves other than the older cards I.E. TNT2, GeForce 1 - 3. I think you may get better performance from your FX5600 than both of the 6150 & X300, I thought that since the 6150 was close to 6200 in numbers that it would be almost as good, but I was mistaken, I think that if you do get a videocard, don't get the X300 get the 6200, it's a much better card and can be unlocked to a 6600.

And I think for a power supply you should think ePOWER EP-ZU500W 500W PSU:

The X300 is actually decent and you can overclock it a bit too. It won't be better than your 5600 though.

My onboard 6100 graphics were a HUGE upgrade over the AGP 5500 in my old system. I got massive fps improvements... Ironically, the 5500 cost about the same as my mobo when I bought it :D

ive had a tforce and now have an rs482 infinity, so i had both. i am not using that box for gaming, only pvr and htpc. and in this case the x300 shits all over the 6100/6150. over 3 tforce boards, dozens of drivers, kits of ram, an opteron sc and an x2 3800, the nvidia would constantly crash mce down to xp desktop. sometimes just changing channels too fast would do it. imo the x300 and purevid look noticeably better than the on board nvidia and purevid.
