My 455 has a 16.5x multiplier for max OC 4.125GHz @ 250FSB
A 440 has a 15x multiplier for OC of 3.750GHz @ 250 FSB
I recommend matching it up with a 15 dollar cooler like this one. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835207004
That would run 74.98 total.
And if an AMD h8er/Intel FB posts here, watch this video. An X3 has no problem running BF3 @ 1920x1080 with a 480GTX. With the cash you save on the CPU+great cooler go for a higher end graphics card like the 480GTX. Don't knock it till you rock it If your a gamer I would recommend an AM3+ Gigabyte board with SLI/CFX like this one for Bulldozer updatability down the line http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128510 DDR3 1600 is very cheap these days. 4gb kits for 30.00-35.00 and 8gb kits for 55.00-65.00 depending on brand.
