x264 x64 encoder

is there a good true x64 encoder for x264 for my Windows 7 machine ? I can't seem to find anything with searches

Komisar's builds are also available, but these are built by with optimizations for Core 2 and newer CPU's for that little extra edge.

It's a bit of a bitch to use because your whole encoding pipeline has to be 64-bit for it to work. And lots of common processing tools aren't currently available for 64-bit. It can be done though, and builds are pretty easy to find as linked above.

Which would you recommend? clear, kGIT or kMod? There doesn't seem to be any explanation there about which is recommended.

Explain of my builds:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

•clear: clean GIT version without any patches
•kGIT: clean GIT version with only hrd_pulldown_interlace patch.
•kMod: all above plus many additional patches (may vary).

With that said, I personally haven't found a need for any current patches (in the past, yes) so I just use the his 'clear' ones.
