After reading a whole bunch of information about flashing the mobo's bios to a newer version I still have a question: some say you have to flash the mobo's bios before installing xp and all the rest of the drivers, programs.
My question: how the hell do I flash the bios if windows isn't even installed??

Hold down Alt and F2 during boot up, you can then flash the BIOS so long as you have the new BIOS on a floppy disk.

Check the support section for your MB and download the newest one, there is also a FAQ which tells you what I just told you.

the premium boards have been shipping with support for the X2s for 4-5 months now. i got mine about that long ago and didnt have to flash to get it to work. i suggest buying from a vendor that sells a lot of them, that way you wont risk getting old stock.

Is the voltage bug fixed on the A8N-SLI Premium? There was a problem with some bioses on the deluxe I know (got bit by it myself :( ), but it was fixed with a beta bios.
