x10slm-f-o hang at POST

Hello

I just purchase some new hardware.

supermicro x10slm
intel e3-1220 3.1ghz
corsair vengeance ddr3 1600

When I boot the whole thing. I says "IPMI initialization" and after a few seconds it hangs to "System initialization 15".

I checked many forums,manual,etc. no one seemed to run into this problem for this mobo.

I see a lof of member with the same mobo/build on this forum, maybe someone can figure it out.

I will post any additional information upon request.

i managed to connect via ipmi.

Post snooping : 2b

ipmi and bios firmware were/are both up to date.
