WTT Verizon phone for TMobile

Hey guys, my old phone broke the other night so I had to get a new one. I bought my friends Samsung Galaxy S3 for Verizon, with hopes of getting it to work with my T Mobile network. It does voice and MMS, but no data at all. If I root it, I can get Edge data. I'd rather save myself from the hassle and see if somebody has a T Mobile (Or AT&T if it's compatible) Galaxy S3 (or similarly powerful phone) would be interested in trading for my Verizon Galaxy S3. Cash can of course be traded if I am trading up for a better phone.
